By the end of the second week I had made a total of over $1,000.00!! In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $42,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. It's certainly worth $6.00, and stamps! Those 3,125 persons will all deliver this message to 200 newsgroups with my name at #1 and if still 5 persons per 200 newsgroups react I will receive $15,625.00! With an original investment of only $6.00! AMAZING! When your name is no longer on the list, you just take the latest posting in the newsgroups, and send out another $6.00 to the names on the list, putting your name at number 6 again. And start posting again. The thing to remember is: do you realize that thousands of people all over the world are joining the internet and reading these articles everyday? JUST LIKE YOU are now!! So, can you afford $6.00 and see if it really works?? I think so... People have said, "what if the plan is played out and no one sends you the cash? So what! What are the chances of that happening when there are tons of new honest users and new honest people who are joining the internet and newsgroups everyday and are willing to give it a try? Estimates are at 20,000 to 50,000 new users, everyday, with thousands of those joining the actual internet. Remember, play FAIRLY and HONESTLY and this will really work. I was sceptical too, but not anymore!!

  I am a reporter with the Asahi Evening News in Tokyo (we're the daily English-language newspaper of the Asahi Shimbun).  There is a big anniversary of the Tokyo-New York "Sister City" relationship coming up at the end of this month.  We are assembling a special Sunday section in our Feb. 20 paper in honor of the event, and are searching for a special contribution from a Japanese person residing in New York.
  
  We will be running a photo-essay of sorts by a New Yorker who lives here in Tokyo, and want to find a complimentary piece by a New Yorker from Tokyo. We will be able to pay you for the piece. The format is fairly open -- we encourage you to focus on the differences (or similarities) that strike you about your adopted city compared to Tokyo. What are the most meaningful spots -- ordinary and extraordinary -- in the city for you as a Japanese? What are the differences between New Yorkers and Japanese? The piece will probably be only about 1000 words at the most, so we encourage you to focus on a few interesting points. If you could take photos of any New York sights (or people) you mention, that would be an added bonus. We will reimburse you for the cost of film, developing, and (if they're not digital and can't be e-mailed) sending the photos to us by international express. Photos are not absolutely necessary, however. You don't need to be a professional writer, though a freelance writer or journalist would be especially welcome. This is not a competition -- we're looking for one piece. No research or reporting would be particularly necessary -- just your reflections. If you think you might be interested and could put something together in less than a week, please send me your ideas for the piece as soon as possible and we'll see if we can make a deal.
