Metriplex is a privately-held telecommunications company founded in the Spring of 1986, by M.I.T. graduates Steve and Marc Stutman. Metriplex is in the Mobile Information Delivery business; we design, develop and implement mobile communications systems that enable customers to receive time-critical information while on the move.
Our current focus is the mobile delivery of financial, industrial, medical, and real-estate related information in addition to personal messaging via alphanumeric pagers and derivative hardware and software systems.
The company is using it's strong technical background in hardware and software design, and radio communication, to provide small, highly reliable, hand-held quote receivers to financial traders in major U.S. metropolitan areas.

Future Products & Patents
Metriplex has filed several patents regarding signal and industrial control and various communications methods. The company is also developing integrated mobile/wireless products which provide end-to-end communications, which will enable us to implement our vision of the Wireless Computer utilizing Mobile information Delivery. In the future customers will be able to link computers in the field with the home office through our data telemetry technology anywhere in North America as well as Europe.
We are going to develop leading-edge end user applications and "Man/Machine Interfaces". We have the capability to design, manufacture, and document any required hardware/software interface. These interfaces range from software drivers to complete turnkey systems. The success of many telecommunications products and services is often dependent on this critical factor.
The mobile communications market has been growing very rapidly. And in today's global marketplace, 24-hour, value-added information services have become essential in order for companies to compete.
